Lately, the more I think about it, the more anxious I get: the pile of transaction records to report at the end of the year, I really don't want to rely on "memory" and screenshots anymore... My current clumsy method is: every time I make a large exchange/loan/repayment, I take a screenshot first, then casually toss the on-chain transaction hash and exchange transaction records into a spreadsheet, clearly noting the time, currency, amount, and fees, or I’ll doubt myself when things don’t match up later.



These days, I’ve also seen a bunch of narratives about AI Agents automatically trading and interacting on-chain, sounding very impressive, but honestly, you don’t even know which contracts it clicked or which path it took, and your tax forms and security are both at risk... I’d rather make a few fewer moves than risk turning my accounts into a mess just to save some trouble. Let’s see what else.
