Lately, when I look at projects, I don't pay much attention to who is calling for orders anymore. Meme-style attention shifts are as sudden as weather changes. Newcomers are most likely to rush in and take the final baton... I personally care more about a few "signals": Is someone really working on GitHub, or are all the commits just changes to the README? Don't just look at the cover logo in the audit report; it's only useful when you turn to the "Repaired/Unrepaired" page. And then there's multi-signature upgrades—who can sign, how many people can sign together, can the rules be changed with one click—basically, it's about "who holds the keys." Anyway, I’d rather miss out on a rally than be woken up in the middle of the night by an upgrade announcement.
