Lately, I've really been exhausted by the attention economy... One moment, this narrative is about to take off, and the next, it switches to another. When I get itchy, I chase hot topics, only to realize I’m like providing liquidity for others. Especially now, Layer 2 is still competing over TPS, fees, and ecosystem subsidies. The more intense the arguments get, the easier I get caught up, with my mind full of “If I don’t get in now, it’ll be gone.”

My current clumsy method is: before I want to jump in, I first pull the candlestick chart back a bit (even though I often draw lines incorrectly), then ask myself: do I truly understand, or am I being pushed by notifications and group chat emotions? If the answer is the latter, I turn off the app and do something else. If I still want to buy the next day, I’ll consider it then—at least reducing the chance of getting caught off guard.

What I fear missing the most isn’t actually opportunities, but the self-control to stay calm and act at my own pace.
