I'm not very good at explaining big principles, but unrealized losses really make it harder for me to sleep than unrealized gains. When I make a profit, I subconsciously think of it as "the market's gift," and I still consider whether to hold on a bit longer; when I incur a loss, it's like being pulled by the collar and reminded, "You did something wrong," even if I haven't sold on paper, I can't stop imagining the worst-case scenario.

What's more annoying is that recently, some regions are raising taxes and tightening regulations at one moment and loosening them the next, causing deposit and withdrawal expectations to become very unpredictable. When the sentiment indicator heats up, even small on-chain changes can be amplified into risk signals. To put it simply, unrealized losses aren't about money; it's about the feeling of losing control. Anyway, now when I'm at a loss, I first cut my position smaller, or else my mindset will blow up first.
