On May 3, OPEC issued a statement regarding a meeting held online on May 3, 2026, involving seven OPEC+ countries (Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman) to review the global market situation and outlook.
