"Little P → Token Merchant's Diary"
Today I spent a lot of time chatting with agents who came to inquire—
Sharing some tips and techniques on how to screen agents and communicate effectively.
1. Understand the basic situation of the other party
Generally, I don't know through which channel the person who initiates private messages found me, but I always ask three questions:
1. Have you used the transfer station token API before, and to what extent?
2. How much do you know about the token market?
3. Have you previously been involved in related agency work, and do you have your own channel resources?
This step can already eliminate some ineffective communications.
The remaining are three types of people:
1. Colleagues who have no demand and are simply asking about the lowest price.
2. Transfer station managers.
3. Retail agents.
2. Set agency thresholds for secondary screening
After a simple understanding of the other party, set a threshold that prompts them to make a choice. For now, I set a recharge threshold, for three reasons:
1. The agent is essentially here to sell tokens, similar to stocking up to sell.
2. After recharging, the agent can also use the tokens themselves, understanding how to use them so they can teach customers how to use them.
3. Capable agents can completely bypass the threshold.
Finally, it’s about point-to-point communication with the agent.
Communicate regularly based on the actual situation of the agent.
