Nobitex, Iran’s biggest crypto exchange, was founded by two brothers from the Kharrazi family and reportedly serves more than 11 million customers. The brothers used the surname Aghamir in corporate records, and analysts estimated the platform processed more than $100 million in transactions during the war. Investigators also linked the exchange to transactions involving sanctioned entities, though estimates varied across Elliptic, Chainalysis, and Crystal Intelligence.
