Consistent content, offline/online services, stable rules, don’t change benefits today and change thresholds tomorrow,
User trust isn’t built with a single image stack.

By the way, watching Layer2 projects argue over TPS, fees, and subsidies which is more attractive,
It feels like the same script: short-term metrics are maximized, long-term retention depends on luck.
PFP/memberships are the same, don’t treat “subsidies” as culture, don’t treat “hype” as a moat.
If you really want to pay less tuition, remember one thing: are you buying the right to use or emotions?
The former can be accounted for, the latter has the biggest slippage.
