I've been lurking in the group chat for a long time, but I still can't help but say: when you see on-chain data "lagging," it doesn't necessarily mean someone is dumping or pulling... Many times it's just indexers/subgraphs chasing new blocks, or RPCs being rate-limited (especially when everyone is frantically checking unlock calendars or monitoring staking unlock days, causing the interfaces to be overwhelmed). To put it simply, refreshing ten times doesn't necessarily make it more accurate, just more stressful. I now tend to check two sources and compare; if trading volume and structure haven't changed, I don't get too excited, or else I end up chasing the rally and doubting everything, like a story of chasing gains to the point of questioning life.
