Stopping loss is really like a breakup, dragging it out and refusing to admit it, the more you watch, the more unwilling you become, in the end not only losing money but also losing your mindset, interest and opportunity costs biting you at the same time. Others think that holding on a little longer can recover the cost, but in reality, many times it just turns a small hole into a big pit. Recently, some people have been criticizing data tools and tagging systems on the chain as "lagging" and "easily misleading," but I think it's quite normal: no matter how bright the mirror is, it can't reflect the obsession in your mind. Anyway, I now prefer to admit the loss early, close the page, sleep, and look at the market again the next day—it’s not too late.
