Brothers, listen to me—this move by the Central Bank of Brazil is absolutely brilliant! On the one hand, it bans cryptocurrency cross-border payments, and on the other, it allows Meta to use USDC for tipping—doesn’t this just scream the classic “I can use it, but you can’t” mentality?
