Lately, there's been a real overload of information, with dozens of "someone is about to take off" messages in the group chat, and KOLs even posting pictures to make it seem like missing out would be a life mistake. To be honest, impulsively making a purchase ultimately comes down to you pressing the confirm button; no one can bear the drawdown for you, and no one can readjust the range for you.

I've been market-making for so long that I have PTSD; the worst isn't the volatility, but being led by attention: today a meme, tomorrow a celebrity shouting buy, and by the time you're ready to jump in, it's often already the last chance. Veteran traders advise newcomers not to chase, and I used to find them annoying, but now I understand... Anyway, I’d rather do fewer trades, slowly calculate parameters, and know why I lost if I do.

When there's too much information, I remind myself: don’t let attention place your orders. Yeah, in the end, you’re the one who makes the final buy.
