Iranian lawmaker Mojtaba Zarei said the Islamabad talks with the U.S. were allowed only with permission from Iran’s Supreme Leader. Zarei said the delegation could not discuss nuclear technology details, and the head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization was barred from the team.
