Iran Committee Says Strait of Hormuz Traffic Needs Iranian Permission

An Iranian parliamentary committee chairman said all traffic through the Strait of Hormuz must obtain Iranian permission under parliament’s management plan. The chairman said goods belonging to Israel would have no right to pass under any circumstances. The chairman also said hostile countries at war with Iran would be barred from transit until they compensate for damages.
