When I look at the macro environment lately, I only have one feeling: when interest rates are high, everyone’s nerves tighten, and money would rather stay with **certainty**. So naturally, my positions in crypto shrink; only after risk appetite comes back a bit do I dare to reach out and touch something more volatile. In plain terms, it’s not that I’ve become smarter—it's that the environment forces me to prioritize stability first.

In the past few days, people have been bringing up staking unlocks and a token unlock calendar again and again. The anxiety about selling pressure spreads from one person to ten, then to a hundred, and it also affects my own pace: before an unlock, I don’t add to my position. At most, I make a small try with on-chain interactions, keeping some “bullets” to wait for the market to digest its emotions on its own.

I treat complexity as my enemy: the higher the interest rates, the lighter my positions are and the more I diversify them. For now, I’ll stick with that.
