Suwen Electric Power Announcement: On April 27, 2026, the company received a Decision from the Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission entitled “Decision on Taking Administrative Regulatory Measures of Ordering Rectification Against Suwen Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., and Taking Administrative Regulatory Measures of Issuing a Warning Letter Against Shi Xiaobo and Zhang Zijian.” After investigation, the company has accounting errors and violated the provisions of the Securities Law and the Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure by Listed Companies. The Company’s Chairman, Shi Xiaobo, and the Financial Director and Board Secretary, Zhang Zijian, failed to perform their duties diligently and bear primary responsibility for the company’s violations. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to take administrative regulatory measures of ordering rectification against the company, and administrative regulatory measures of issuing a warning letter against Shi Xiaobo and Zhang Zijian.
