Scammers generally do not target people with cartoon avatars.

When police raided an online scam operation, they found an internal script sheet that stated people with cartoon avatars are not worth scamming.
They graded targets based on their avatars, and those who frequently used personal photos, landscape photos, or selfies were more likely to be targeted.
People with anime or cartoon avatars were classified as high-difficulty scam targets.
The reason is simple: they are suspicious, hard to deceive, and often poor.
It turns out that cartoon avatars are a protective charm against scams.
