I'm now looking at those address labels/cluster reports, and my mindset is quite complicated: useful, yes, but don't take it as "truth." A bunch of addresses are labeled as "smart money," "institutions," "whales," which basically means rules + guesses. When it involves multi-signature, proxy contracts, exchange hot wallets, and gets mixed up, the profiles instantly go off track... I’ve experienced the loss of rollback block reorgs before, so my faith has long been replaced with confirmation counts. Now I prefer to focus on how the funds are moving and where they land in which blocks, rather than who is buying. Recently, meme and celebrity shoutouts cause attention shifts so quickly that newcomers are easily led by labels. I need to be reminded: don’t get itchy just because you see “smart money entering,” wait for confirmation and a complete on-chain behavior loop before acting, and avoid jumping in at the last moment.
