Recently, some people have been using "on-chain data" to watch real-time candlesticks, and I feel a mix of amusement and anxiety: node synchronization, RPC congestion, indexer queuing—if any link is half a beat slow, what you see as "on-chain" might be from last night. Others think that full transparency on the chain = knowing immediately what everyone is doing; in reality, you might not even know which RPC you're using, and when there's high latency, a large transfer can be several minutes late to appear on your dashboard.

So now I only treat on-chain data as an auxiliary signal, and at critical moments, I open multiple entry points to cross-check, preferring to operate less. By the way, recently, social mining and fan token schemes—those "attention is mining" stuff... Anyway, I assume the noise is bigger, and if I really engage, risk control is more important than storytelling.
