In almost all chronic diseases in China, the root cause is the same: metabolic dysfunction, which is insulin resistance. Traditional medication treats the symptoms; addressing metabolism is the real cure.

High blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver, obesity, gout, type 2 diabetes, insomnia and fatigue, polycystic ovary syndrome, and even some cardiovascular and cerebrovascular issues, as well as Alzheimer's disease, may seem completely different diseases, but their common underlying cause is only one: prolonged high insulin → insulin resistance → systemic metabolic collapse.
Standard procedures in modern hospitals: antihypertensive drugs for high blood pressure, hypoglycemic drugs for high blood sugar, statins for high cholesterol, oral painkillers for gout.
All are symptom suppression, not solving the root insulin problem, so the reality is: taking medication for a lifetime, with diseases worsening over time and complications piling up one after another.
The only logical solution is: cut sugar, avoid refined carbohydrates, eliminate seed oils, practice intermittent fasting, supplement with vitamin D3, and optimize sleep routines.
Lower insulin levels long-term, restore normal metabolism, and various chronic diseases will naturally ease and reverse one by one.

The myriad chronic diseases are just different manifestations of insulin resistance in various organs; medication only masks the symptoms. Truly changing dietary habits and restoring metabolism is the correct path.
