Spending thousands of dollars to hire a UGC influencer to shoot an advertisement video?

Now some people are using AI, doing the work of a whole team alone, with costs directly slashed to the bone.
Today’s workflow is arguably one of the most underestimated ways to make money by 2026.
Using Seedance 2.0 plus Claude, you can directly transform your competitor’s viral videos into your own ads, completely automated, no coding required.
Do you think AI-generated character videos all look plasticky, fake, and overly shiny? After Seedance 2.0 came out, that perception needs to change.
The influencer said it like this: It looks very fake, right? But the effect of Seedance 2.0 is ridiculously good. The movements and details of those virtual images—skin textures, eye details, realistic actions—are so real you can’t tell if it’s a person or AI.
Now this technology is being used to mass-produce advertisement videos.
The core logic is simple:
Find competitors → Swap products → Rewrite scripts → Auto output
The entire chain is run by Claude.
Tools needed:
Claude desktop version’s Code mode, and a platform called Arcads, with Seedance 2.0 integrated inside.
Why use Code mode instead of regular chat?
It’s way more powerful than regular chat. I think you can do it with regular chat too, but Code mode gives better results, especially when building complex tasks. I also found that regular chat is less reliable for complex execution, less resistant to errors.
Then you need to connect Claude to your local Arcads, upload all your materials and output videos there, keeping everything clean and organized.
Get the API Key from Arcads, paste it into Claude, let it verify the connection, and save it in the .env file.
This step is crucial:
Don’t put the API Key in plain text in the chat. It’s a preset set of instructions the influencer prepared for you, so Claude knows exactly how the workflow runs without needing explanations each time.
It’s free, just install directly from GitHub. After installation, there are three extremely simple things to do:
Find a video you want to copy, download it, feed it to Claude Code, and the AI assistant will automatically analyze all the content. It will watch the video, listen to the audio, and review the script.
Find a competitor’s video you want to copy, download it from TikTok Creative Center or Meta Ads Library—yes, those are public, and you can see who’s running well.
Drag the video and your product images into Claude, and tell it: "Help me replace the product in this video with mine."
Then? Just wait to receive the video.
What will Claude do? It will analyze the reference video frame by frame, extract scene structure, shot rhythm, character actions, original script, then rewrite a new script based on your product, call Arcads API automatically to generate the video, and save it directly to your folder once done.
The whole process takes about four minutes.
The generated video, compared to the original, will look very similar—lighting, atmosphere, editing rhythm, visual feel—closely matching the original, but with the product replaced, the script rewritten, entirely your own content.
And this system also solves a big pain point: Seedance can only generate 15-second videos at a time, but what if you want 30 seconds? Just tell Claude, and it will rewrite the script, split it into segments, then automatically stitch them into a complete video file.
No need to open editing software.
Of course, there are some flaws:
AI-generated videos sometimes have unnatural hand movements or awkward transitions.
What you save is the time spent communicating, coordinating, and repeatedly revising with influencers. The production cost of these videos is just a fraction of real UGC.
Flaws can be cut out, or you can let Claude rerun a new version.
The models will only get better over time, but by jumping in now, you’re getting ahead before others even realize what’s happening.
