I usually can't hold onto spot positions, I want to sell as soon as it goes up a little; futures are even worse, holding on just leads to liquidation... Later I tell myself a piece of advice: don’t try to eat up a full market move, first think "How much can I lose at most and still sleep well."

With a small position, even if I lose, it doesn't affect my mood, and I can hold on.

Recently, cross-chain bridges have been hacked again, or oracles report errors, everyone in the group is shouting "wait for confirmation," I am also increasingly convinced by this approach: being a little slow isn't that embarrassing, avoiding one more pitfall is more cost-effective.
Lowering expectations makes it easier, making money is just luck, not making money is okay too, assets are first stored in cold wallets, just like that.
