China is not Communist.


It was Communist under Mao, from 1948-1978. But since Deng Xiaoping, it moved toward capitalism.
It kept the Communist branding, it kept the totalitarianism. But today, China is more capitalist than the US.
(Lower individual and corporate tax than the US. And they have more billionaires than the US.)
