UNHCR, (the UN refugee agency), was successful to help resettle 146 million refugees. That's 99.5% of the refugees.
UNRWA, what was tasked to do the same for 0.5% of the refugees, only the Palestinians ones, has failed to do so for 78 years.
It failed because it knows that once the Palestinian refugees problem is solved, they will lose their funding. So they keep the Palestinians as refugees.
UNRWA is one of the UN's biggest failures.
UNRWA should be disbanded. All their money and responsibilities should be transferred to UNHCR....

And like any other populist movement, they gain support by dividing the population into us vs. them.
* Us = "the people"
*Them = the rich, corporations, MAGA, Jews, White males, etc.
They are not better than Right Wing populist movements.
