Should Alberta become an Associated Province of Canada?

What does it mean making Canada an associated member of the EU?
if it means free trade, joining the Eurovision and collaboration on science and defence projects.... I'm in favor.
If it means giving Brassles control over regulations, immigration and foreign policy.... I'm against it.
(And it looks like Canada is following EU foreign policies, and I absolutely hate it.)
At the moment I can't say I'm for or against because I don't know what it means. But I lean to be against.

Looks like the Houthis are now only targeting Saudi ships. While allowing Israeli and American ships free path.

I'm not too familiar with the field. Thinking of Eli Lilly or Moderna.
