Dear Pioneer Team,
Good morning everyone,
Happy May Day,
Dear family members of the team,

Today I am honored to stand here,
to gather, communicate, and share heartfelt thoughts with all the seniors and colleagues,
My heart is full of warmth and gratitude.
As the saying goes: One person can walk very fast, but a group can go much farther. Being able to walk shoulder to shoulder and fight side by side with everyone is the most precious gain in my career, and also the most solid light on the road ahead.
Looking back on the journey so far, every step of growth has been soaked in the warmth and strength of the collective. There is a saying that goes very well: One tree shakes another tree, one cloud pushes another cloud.
Every time we grow, every bit of progress, is never fought alone; it relies on the careful guidance and heartfelt instructions of the seniors, as well as the silent support and warm encouragement of colleagues around us. Whether it’s patient guidance and experience sharing in daily work,
or lending a helping hand and working together to overcome difficulties when faced with challenges,
independent action has its cleverness, but progress together creates a splendid scene. In the years to come, no matter how high the mountains or how far the roads, we will not fear the journey, nor the wind that comes.
May we always hold hands, keep hearts close, with passion for our careers, steadfastness in our roles, and trust in each other, working together with one mind and one heart, helping each other step by step, making our shared journey of struggle warm and firm, heading towards the sun and shining brightly all the way!
