Spot holdings can't be held, and contracts are always being liquidated. To be honest, it's not that you can't read the market, but that your position size is too heavy, and your mentality is being driven by leverage. Here's a straightforward piece of advice: let yourself "sleep well." Buy spot in batches; if it drops, you can add more; only hold contracts that won't affect your livelihood even if you lose money. Open small positions, set stop-loss orders first, better to get knocked out and re-enter than to hold on and have an emotional breakdown. Recently, airdrop season feels like clocking in at work, task platforms are even more competitive than before, and the more competitive it gets, the more tempting it is to rely on a contract to turn things around... Anyway, I choose to cancel orders and wait; only by staying alive can there be a next wave.
