Getting started on a trading platform can easily confuse you with these numerical symbols. Yesterday, I even saw you ask how much 1B equals haha. Actually, it's quite simple, just a shorthand way to easily read large numbers.
So, 1K is 1k, 1M is 1 million, and 1B is 1 billion. Additionally, there is 1E which is 100 million, and 1T which is a trillion. When viewing volume or market cap on the platform, you'll encounter these symbols constantly. And if you don't know what 1B equals, it's easy to misunderstand the value of a coin.
The good thing is, once you're used to it, reading becomes much faster. Instead of counting each zero, you just look at the symbol to know how big the number is. It's very useful when tracking prices or comparing projects with each other.
