I just realized recently that unrealized losses are more frustrating than actual losses. When I have unrealized gains, I can still pretend to be calm, thinking "at least I haven't taken the profit," but after a red and green flip, my mind automatically starts filling in the story: Should I cut my losses? Did I just see it wrong again? Actually, the price hasn't changed much; my sleep just got worse. Basically, it's loss aversion acting up.

What I fear most isn't the loss itself, but the feeling of "potentially losing more" that hasn't actually happened yet, hanging in my mind like a background process draining my energy.

These days, I've been reading discussions about modularization and the DA layer, and developers are so excited, like it's the New Year. Meanwhile, as a user, I feel a bit confused: the bigger the narrative, the more I worry that I'm just trading based on emotions. Anyway, I’m taking it slow now, keeping my position smaller, prioritizing sleep, and just going with that.
