Korean Prosecutors Seek 20-Year Sentence for Former Delio CEO

Korean prosecutors asked the Seoul Southern District Court to sentence former Delio CEO Jeong Sang-ho to 20 years in prison on large-scale economic fraud charges. Prosecutors said about 2,800 investors had funds locked and faced withdrawal difficulties after long-term deception and false advertising.
