Recently, there's been talk again about parallelism and sharding, claiming "once throughput increases, everything will fly." Fine, it's all lively and noisy, but as someone who has done LP and also been a bag holder, I only focus on two things: can the assets survive and come out alive, and is the exit path clear and obvious. Don't make it look like a maze, or in the end, we can only rely on praying that the chain isn't congested and the bridges don't malfunction.

The AI agent and automated trading setups are even more hilarious, with narratives written as if it's fully automatic money printing. But once permissions are enabled, it's unlimited authorization, private keys/signatures flying everywhere. I don't care who is hyping the story, but I pay more attention to security: can it be limited, can it be revoked, and is there an emergency switch if something goes wrong? Anyway, I first calculate the worst-case scenario and then decide whether to trust the "future." That's it for now.
