Qingdao launches a new round of new car consumption subsidy program with a maximum subsidy of no more than 12k yuan
According to a notice from Qingdao, as learned from the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Qingdao has earmarked RMB 30 million to carry out the “2026 Hi-gou Mid-Summer” new car consumption subsidy campaign from May 1 to June 30. Under the subsidy rules, individual consumers who purchase qualifying new energy passenger vehicles in Qingdao can receive a subsidy of 4% of the vehicle’s selling price, capped at no more than RMB 12,000; for those who purchase qualifying fuel-powered passenger vehicles, the subsidy is 3% of the selling price, capped at no more than RMB 10,000.
