Lately, I've been getting a bit fed up with DAO voting proposals. They all talk about "ecosystem incentives" and "driving participation," but honestly, it's more about changing the power structure: who can initiate proposals, who can veto, who gets long-term voting rights. The sweeter the rewards sound, the more I want to see the unlocking and delegation rules behind them—don't just turn governance into "vote mining" in the end.

These days, new L1/L2 projects are starting to sprinkle incentives to boost TVL. Longtime users complain that "mining, claiming, selling" isn't without reason—many proposals include short-term subsidies, but in the end, all that's left are more concentrated chips and a quieter community. I don't want to play the moral judge, but every time I see "increasing participation" paired with easier delegation options for big players, I get a bit annoyed... Anyway, before I vote now, I first check who benefits and for how long. If I’m unhappy, I just withdraw my vote—wait for the next wave.
