I just saw the ranking of the richest actors in the world, and honestly, some of the numbers surprised me. Jami Gertz at the top with $3 billion? That's more than I expected. Of course, when you look at names like Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, or Leonardo DiCaprio, each with around $400 million, it starts to make sense — these stars have been earning for decades.
What caught my attention is that Brock Pierce from the crypto industry has $2 billion. Dwayne Johnson, Jerry Seinfeld, those are also solid amounts. But looking at the entire list, you can see that Hollywood actors are really doing well financially. Jackie Chan, Keanu Reeves, Will Smith — all above $300–380 million.
I'm curious whether these estimates are up to date because celebrity fortunes can change quickly. Nevertheless, the ranking of the world's richest actors shows that being a Hollywood star is truly a profitable business.
