I just came across a calculation that shows how absurd Elon Musk's wealth is growing. We're not talking about normal scales here.

So, in 2024, Musk's wealth reached about $429 billion. When you break that down into different time units, it becomes truly surreal. Elon Musk's income per second is approximately $3,708. For many people around the world, that's more than their entire monthly salary. Think about that.

Per minute, it gets even more extreme: about $222,500. That's the price of a decent property in many countries. And this happens every minute, without him really having to do anything for it.

If we look at it on an hourly basis, we're talking about $13.35 million. With this income, he could buy a private jet in less than two hours. His wealth grows by $320.5 million daily, which is the entire budget of some smaller countries.

In a week? About $2.24 billion. That's more than the production costs of a major Hollywood blockbuster.

The main driving factors behind this are mainly two things: first, the strong performance of Tesla stock, which keeps climbing. Second, his future projects in artificial intelligence and space travel, which have great potential.

What fascinates me is the contrast. While ordinary people have to save years to afford something bigger, Musk earns in one second what others need a month for. It simply shows how unequal wealth distribution is in this world. The income per second has almost become its own concept when it comes to such fortunes.
