Under what circumstances would Abel divest from the company?

Abel stated that if a subsidiary encounters unresolved labor disputes or unacceptable reputational risks, Berkshire will seriously consider whether the business is still suitable to remain under its umbrella; if it results in unacceptable consequences for employees, customers, or shareholders, it may decide to divest. Another trigger condition is if the business is long-term unsustainable and cannot generate operating cash flow for shareholders; such businesses will either seek a more suitable operator or gradually shrink and exit.
