Iran does not avoid negotiations but opposes U.S. coercion

Iran’s Attorney General Ejei recently stated that Iran does not shy away from negotiations with the United States, but firmly opposes U.S. coercion. He pointed out that negotiations themselves are reasonable and logical, but this does not mean accepting the U.S. dictatorial demands, nor can Iran tolerate the U.S. imposing its will through threats. At the same time, Ejei emphasized that Iran does not want war, nor does it wish for the war to continue. (CCTV International News)
