Is currently earning testnet points really just practice, or is it like buying a lottery ticket for a potential mainnet token launch?
I've also calmed down these past few days: once I start calculating the "what ifs," my hand unconsciously adds more, just like watering succulents— the more I water, the more obsessed I get.
I've set a stop-loss for myself: treat the testnet as a training ground, only spend a fixed amount of time and fixed costs (including machines, Gas, account maintenance), and stop if I go over;
at the same time, only perform actions that verify processes/risk control, don't stack a bunch of unfamiliar interactions just for points.
I don't know if the mainnet will issue tokens or not, but anyway, if expectations become too high, it's easy to turn practice into gambling…
For now, that's it, take it slow.
