"Measures for the Management of the Voluntary Certification System for National Unification (Draft for Public Consultation)" Public Consultation
The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) (National Certification and Accreditation Administration) has organized the drafting of the “Measures for the Management of the National Voluntary Certification System (Draft for Public Comments).”
The draft for comments focuses on the entire chain of establishing and implementing the national unified voluntary certification system, clarifying requirements for project approval, formulation, release, implementation, promotion, acceptance, and supervision and management;
It specifies the responsibilities of the SAMR (National Certification and Accreditation Administration) alone or in conjunction with relevant departments of the State Council in establishing, implementing, promoting, accepting, and supervising and managing the system, as well as the specific conditions for implementing agencies.
It clarifies the establishment of an evaluation mechanism for the effectiveness of the system’s implementation, and based on the evaluation results, the system will be improved or abolished.
