Solutions for Apple iOS failing to receive overseas app push notifications (tested)



Since yesterday, Apple’s push servers have blocked push notifications for some overseas apps in mainland China—Telegram, X, Instagram, and YouTube have all gone completely silent. Apple’s APNs push server has started imposing restrictions on mainland China IPs.

There are two methods—choose which one you can accept:

Method 1: In scenarios with high traffic, add remote rules in any proxy tool on iOS.
