Lately, I've been really tortured by the "attention economy," with one hot topic after another. Today it's AI on the blockchain, tomorrow it's L2 points. Before I even get my hands warm, the narrative shifts... There's so much information that I get anxious and want to uninstall the app, but in the end, I still click confirm. Honestly, it's just that I can't control it.

Now I give myself a simple trick: only focus on three things—what am I actually paying for (gas/slippage/time), who is making money (the team/market makers/whales/me?), and whether I can sleep soundly after losing everything. Anything else, I put on a 24-hour cooling-off period. If I miss it, I miss it. Most of these so-called "opportunities" are just pushing you to chase.

The NFT royalty debate is also pretty annoying. Some say they want to support creators, others say if royalties are canceled, there won't be liquidity... As an outsider, I only care not to be used as liquidity for others to dump. My filtering method is pretty crude: I only keep five long-term active people in group chats and on social media, mute the rest. Let the lively discussions be for others to go wild.
