The more I watch DAO voting, the more I feel that no matter how beautifully a proposal is written, the core still lies in distribution: who receives incentives, who has authority, who is responsible for taking the blame. Many sentences about "giving contributors some subsidies" conveniently tighten voting rights/execution rights into a small circle, and frankly, it's not a matter of good or evil, but a structure that will grow on its own. Recently, hardware wallets are out of stock again, phishing links are everywhere, and during times like these, it becomes even clearer: security and governance are the same, everyone claims to support them in words, but when it comes to taking an extra step, they find it troublesome... Now, when I look at a proposal for the first time, I don't focus on the vision; I first look at how incentives are distributed and how permissions are allocated, and I already have a sense in my mind.
