I found that the most expensive part of trading isn't the fees, but sleep deprivation. Grid/DCA strategies that break positions into smaller parts and have symmetrical rhythms are indeed more in line with my type of thinking: each time I place an order, I can clearly explain "why here." A single sweep just doesn't work; honestly, it relies on emotional fuel—winning makes me feel enlightened, losing makes me start looking for narratives to fill the gaps.

Why do I get itchy hands? Probably because when I see someone pull up a single thread, my brain automatically treats it as a "proof of missed opportunity," and then I want to use bigger actions to make up for the presence... Anyway, it's pretty childish.

Recently, I've been looking at the inflation + studio + coin price spiral in blockchain games, which is also very "closed-loop" when it crashes—it's a loop that leaves you gasping for air. The more I see this kind of situation, the more I feel that only strategies that can help me sleep are truly suitable for me, whether I make money or not is another matter. That's all for now.
