These days, I’ve been bombarded by group messages and KOL promotions, feeling a bit overwhelmed. I just wanted to see if the on-chain queue length had changed, but one swipe and it’s all “new narratives” and “get on board quickly.” Honestly, the one who makes the impulsive buy is always myself; the people stirring the pot in the group, the KOLs repeating the same points, at most they just delete a message and switch topics… Modularization and DA layer discussions are pretty lively among developers right now, but users are left confused. I’m the same—half understanding and starting to worry about “missing out.” But looking back, the more information there is, the more I should slow down: first, figure out who’s urging you and why. Next time, I plan to turn off notifications for a night, leaving only on-chain data and my own trading plan. How do you prevent yourself from slipping up?
