Wasabi Protocol loses $4.5M in apparent admin key compromise
Wasabi Protocol lost about $4.55 million after attackers apparently compromised its deployer key and took admin control of the protocol. Blockaid said the attacker granted privileges to a helper contract and upgraded Wasabi vaults and LongPool to malicious implementations on Ethereum and Base. The exploit adds to a month that has produced more than $605 million in DeFi losses across at least 12 incidents.
