Lately, I've been so focused on testing network points that I almost treat "practice" as my main job... Honestly, once I start calculating in my mind "how much this airdrop might be worth," I get easily carried away, clicking buttons overtime, and forget that it's just unpaid labor.

My current stop-loss is pretty simple: spend no more than 30 minutes each day tinkering, and if I go over, I close the page; I also tell myself first, "Just consider it paying tuition," otherwise, seeing the group talk about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, or someone saying they want to de-peg, I get anxious and want to do more to hedge my anxiety, but in the end, I just end up wasting time and attention.

Long-term, this isn't really about talent, just a habit: try small amounts, if I get it, I take it and run; if not, I pretend to be dead, and tomorrow I’ll still eat and sleep. That’s it for now.
