Spent two weeks building a "AI Review Coach" with Claude Code, embedded with 14 expert personas, directly guiding you from behavioral to belief levels.

Many people's reviews are just "emotional venting" or "pretending to be busy," mainly due to lack of a second perspective and dynamic memory.
This system not only helps you find mistakes but also helps you change your mindset.
1⃣ Build the "Expert Team" (Multi-Expert Diagnosis):
Don't just ask one AI. I embedded 14 expert personas in Skill (strategy, psychology, operations, NLP, etc.), mimicking Charlie Munger's multidisciplinary thinking.
Operation: One question, AI automatically identifies the field, simultaneously activates 3-6 experts for consultation, and finally provides a cross-dimensional comprehensive diagnosis.
2⃣ Design the "Four-Round Question Guardrails" (The Right Questions):
Refuse to start with interrogation.
Round 1-2: Only do "information gathering" and "appreciative questions" to build safety, so you dare to speak honestly.
Round 3: Begin "perspective shifting" and "reconstruction," challenging your definitions.
Round 4+: Dive into the "NLP logical levels" to dig deeper until you find the belief-level bottleneck.
3⃣ Set up the "Dynamic Memory Bank" (Memory + Honesty):
Don't let AI hold grudges. Design three layers of profiles (Observation / Stability / Improvement).
Mechanism: If a question doesn't appear for 6 months, it automatically deletes from the profile. Only remember real issues, not old grudges, to prevent AI from becoming a junk drawer.
4⃣ Add the "Avoidance Prevention Mechanism" (Over-Analysis Check):
This is the most powerful move.
Operation: If AI scans history and finds you repeatedly review the same type of problem but with very low action completion rate, it will pop up a warning: "You might be using review to avoid action."
True review isn't about finding mistakes; it's about changing your mindset.
This system forces me to run every decision through 14 experts' minds.
The biggest leverage for ordinary people is to create an "external brain" that is always online and willing to speak the truth.
