This is the third serious DAO voting proposal, and I was a bit scared by the "incentive writing": on the surface, it says it's giving the community some tokens, but upon closer inspection, all the conditions are channels that make things easier for a few addresses, casually including some permissions into "temporary measures"... Anyway, now whenever I see "urgent," "transitional," or "get it running first," I instinctively look for who can change parameters with one click or who gets a continuous budget. Recently, everyone has been complaining about validator income, MEV, and unfair ordering, and I can empathize: on-chain, talking about fairness, it often still comes down to who is in a more advantageous position. To put it simply, voting isn't about right or wrong; it's more like voting on "who has the authority to decide the next rules." My current clumsy approach is to first look at the flow of funds and the boundaries of permissions, then decide whether to join the hype and give a thumbs-up.
