Lately, I've been jumping back and forth between L2 and the mainnet, and the biggest feeling is: saving gas is really satisfying, but the experience can sometimes be quite tricky. For small transactions and some fragmented experiments, I just abandon L2; anyway, if I fail, I don't mind. But when it comes to "core positions" or involving permissions/royalties, I prefer to go back to the mainnet. It may be more expensive, but I feel more at ease.

I thought all bridges were pretty much the same, but once I got stuck during confirmation/arrival, the page showed success but I couldn't find the assets. I almost thought I accidentally sent them into a black hole... Later, I realized I didn't pay attention to the network + latency. Now I’m very chill: the fewer cross-chain transfers, the better; if I can do everything in one go, I prefer not to split it into multiple transactions, even if it’s slower.

Additionally, the community has recently been arguing about privacy coins, coin mixing, and the boundaries of compliance. Honestly, everyone just wants to be "more free," but they’re also afraid of a sudden crackdown. My compromise is: avoid tools I don’t understand, don’t make all paths too complicated, and no matter how beautiful the structure is, I need to be able to sleep well. That’s all for now.
