Lately, I've been debating whether grid/DCA or a single trade is better for sleep... Honestly, grid is like eating on schedule, the returns may not be spectacular, but it keeps the heartbeat steady; a single trade is like ordering takeout in the middle of the night, it's satisfying, but the next day at work, your mind is full of K-line charts. Especially now, with cross-chain bridges being hacked every now and then, or oracles occasionally reporting outrageous prices, everyone still has to wait for "confirmation" before acting. I, with my mild anxiety, really can't handle the continuous shocks.
My colleague saw me staring at on-chain data until dawn and said, "You might as well buy an alarm clock," after hearing that, I wanted to laugh and also wanted to sleep... Anyway, I first put the big position into DCA, and for small positions, I chase the rise impulsively to relieve stress. If I lose, I’ll just consider it tuition for insomnia.
