I find that the thing I can't handle the most is not the lack of profit, but the small red figure of unrealized losses hanging there. Just glancing at it before bed makes me start to imagine "Will it keep dropping?" "Should I cut?"

Unrealized gains are more casual; if it goes up, I consider it a lucky find, and a pullback isn't as painful.
Honestly, losses are like an uncovered cup lid, always leaking, making me feel uneasy.

Later, I split my positions into smaller parts, trying to keep the main position in assets I can hold onto, and for volatile ones, I pre-set "the maximum loss I'll accept" so I don't rely on emotions in the moment.
And I also avoid looking at those on-chain tag charts... Recently, some people have been complaining about lagging tools and misleading tags, right? Watching too much makes me more anxious; it's just charts moving, but I panic first.
Anyway, I don't check the market before bed now. If I really want to adjust my holdings, I’ll do it after finishing my coffee tomorrow.
